Campaign Tool Kit

United Way’s annual workplace campaign is an ideal way to raise funds to address our issues. It’s a way for you to connect to the programs and projects making a difference right here.

We felt so strongly about the work of United Way that we decided to chair the effort again. The work must continue. Thanks to the community’s donations last year, children attended prekindergarten. People found affordable homes. Major issues were addressed. By giving what you can, we can continue to improve lives.

Let’s help more preschool students have access to quality prekindergarten. Let’s offer even more single parents the job training needed to support their family and gain financial independence. Help us fight to win in our community!

United we fight. United we win.

2-1-1 Table Tents - 2-1-1 is an easy-to-remember phone number that is a great resource for your employees. This information and referral service can answer questions about different resources available in the community from childcare to issues for senior adults. Print, cut, fold and place throughout the workplace to inform your employees.

Campaign Brochure - Each year we produce this pocket-sized brochure for you to distribute to your employees. You will receive them in your campaign materials. No need for you to print them. If you need more, just let us know.

Campaign Guide - Here's a quick guide. Follow these steps to a great campaign.

Campaign Posters

We want you to know that your United Way donation is helping people. These posters print nicely on black and white printers, as well as color printers. Great for placing near the coffee pot, in restroom stalls and in the breakroom.

Donor's Choice Form - Print as needed. (You'll only need this form if someone wants to direct their annual pledge to an area of interest.)

Pledge Form - The pledge form is a triplicate form provided in your campaign materials.

Thermometer Poster - This thermometer prints on legal sized paper. We can also add your company logo. Just email with your company's logo and this poster can be designed especially for your workplace.

Speakers' Bureau

Inviting a representative from United Way to share real stories is a great way to encourage your co-workers to open their hearts. Contact Judy Pusateri at for more information.
